Disability inclusion means understanding the relationship between the way people function, and how they participate in society while ensuring everyone has the same opportunities to participate in every aspect of life to the best of their abilities. Join Lesa Bradshaw and host Shari Simpson as they navigate how HR can be more disability-inclusive. Lesa Bradshaw is a Diversity and Disability Inclusion Expert, International Speaker, and Managing Member at Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting. She started Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting in 1998 with the vision of sourcing, assessing and developing talent in a fair and relevant manner, recognizing prior learning and potential, as well as competence. As a registered psychometrist in independent practice, I am qualified and experienced in a range of assessment tools. Given that I have a disability, I have, over the years, had the privilege of applying my knowledge and experience in talent recognition and development to the field of disability inclusion - becoming a leading Disability Inclusion Specialist. My key role is to work with organizations to build a Disability Confident culture, through Diversity and Inclusion Strategies as well as assisting with the identification and integration of talent with a disability.
