Stay Interviews with Kate Grimaldi
Thursday Feb 03, 2022
Thursday Feb 03, 2022
Exit interviews are a great way to find out what went wrong when employees leave the company. Why wait until the end of an employee's time with you to ask these important questions?
In order to keep your employees, you need to know what they like and don't like about your company so that you can improve retention. Why not ask your employees directly what keeps them at your company? Stay interviews give employees a safe place to openly discuss how you can better support and develop them.
In this episode of PCTY Talks, Kate Grimaldi and host Shari Simpson discuss the tactics behind conducting stay interviews and how you can start doing this today in your organization.
